MS Visual Sudio Expressがフリー化
Microsoftは現在期間限定で配布されているVisual Studio Expressについて、 無期限でフリー化を決めたらしいです。
私もこの情報を聞いて、早速DL＋インスコしました。
まぁ、何か作りたいものがあるわけでもないので、インストールしただけで終わってますがｗｗ
学生のころはVisual Studio Ver6でC、C++、VBなどを習いました。
今の.NETのVBと学生の時に習ったVBは別物と聞いたりしてますが、最近じゃどの言語でも或る程度ライブラリが用意されてるし、 考え方というかプログラムのアーキテクチャさえできてしまえば言語はリーファ見れば何とかなるぽいし、 また何か組みたいなぁとか(無謀にも)考えてたりします。
就職してからはVisual StudioなどのWindows開発環境がなかったので、 作っていたのはほとんどPerlやシェルスクリプトばっかですね。
しかしこれでVisual Studioも使えるようになったのでいつでもWindowsアプリを作れますね(作れるだけのセンスがあればですが・・・)

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don't have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn't write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.

I was just chatting with my coworker about this yesterday at the resturant. Don't remember how we landed on the subject really, they brought it up. I do remember eating a excellent steak salad with cranberries on it. I digress...
